Stephen Bulger Gallery is a registered corporation of Ontario, Canada. We are dedicated to protecting your data and respecting your privacy rights, while maintaining transparency about what data collect and how we use it.
Types of data we collect
Google analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Mailing lists
As part of the registration process for our newsletters, we collect some personal information. We use that information for a few reasons, such as: to tell you about artwork and exhibitions you've asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are correct. We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use ArtLogic to maintain our website and to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see ArtLogic's privacy notice. Purchasing data
In order to complete transactions by distance we may collect payment information from you including your credit card number and bank account details. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company, and that we do not keep any payment methods on file.
Access to your personal information
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation You have the right to revoke or amend any consent you have provided allowing us to store and use your personal data. You can also exercise your data rights at any time by contacting us at info@bulgergallery.com
